Asset Management Associate

Optimize is proud to partner with a growing REIT on a Asset Management Associate here in Dallas. This role will: Oversee and optimize the full asset lifecycle — from acquisition and deployment to maintenance and retirement — ensuring maximum value and compliance with company policies. Analyze asset performance data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend cost‑saving or efficiency‑boosting strategies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, operations, IT, and procurement) to align asset management strategies with business goals. Maintain accurate asset records in enterprise systems, ensuring timely audits, reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements. REQUIREMENTS 3-6 years of multifamily asset management experience required Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related study #J-18808-Ljbffr
