Project Admin Assistant (local)

Administrative Support

Responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions supporting the on-site project management team. Responsibilities include greeting visitors and directing them accordingly, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, communicating messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner, handling incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with copying and scanning as needed, maintaining tracking and reporting spreadsheets needed for the project, maintaining an adequate amount of office supplies, assisting with project errands and food deliveries, and partnering with the IT department to help users troubleshoot onsite equipment issues (computers, copy machine, scanner). Serve as a champion of the Company's safety culture. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include education and work experience requirements such as a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, one year of experience in office support or administrative role, knowledge, skills and abilities required such as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), ability to meet deadlines, strong organization and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities simultaneously, excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.

Working environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. This work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud.
