We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Director to lead all HR operations within our facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader who is passionate about employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and creating a strong workplace culture in a healthcare environment. Position Overview The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, training, and retention initiatives. This role plays a key part in supporting both facility leadership and employees while helping create a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for nursing and non-nursing staff Support hiring managers with staffing strategies and workforce planning Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Manage employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, and disciplinary processes Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, workers' compensation, and leave management Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems Support leadership with employee development, engagement, and succession planning initiatives Coordinate orientation, training, and ongoing education programs Foster a culture of teamwork, inclusion, accountability, and employee recognition Assist with facility events, employee appreciation programs, and retention initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience required Healthcare or long-term care HR experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred but not required Experience with recruitment, employee engagement, and retention strategies preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and advancement A rewarding opportunity to positively impact residents, employees, and facility culture every day If you are a passionate HR professional looking to join a company that values compassion, teamwork, and excellence, we encourage you to apply today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
