Cold Water & Coffee, a cozy and vibrant coffee shop located in Pacific City, OR, is looking for a barista to join our team. Whether you're a seasoned coffee enthusiast or just starting out, we’d love to hear from you!

As a barista at Cold Water & Coffee, your role will be key in delivering an outstanding experience to every customer. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care. - Providing friendly, attentive service to ensure every guest feels welcome. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and seating areas. - restocking supplies as needed. - Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

We’re seeking someone who: - Has a genuine love for coffee and customer service. - Is eager to learn and grow—no prior experience is required. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively. - Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team. - Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

While we don’t offer additional benefits at this time, baristas take home tips made on shift everyday.
