Responsibilities: • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goalsCollect and organize each client’s financial information using a CRM to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectationsAssess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and services we offerImplement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long-term relationships as a reliable financial service professionalProvide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products Qualifications: • Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and services we offerImplement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long-term relationships as a reliable financial service professionalProvide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products Compensation: $120,000+ at plan earnings

Compensation:
$120,000 per year
