About the Position

A well-respected, integrated health system has a job opening for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team in western Minnesota near the South Dakota border. We seek nurse practitioners passionate about providing high-quality care in a rural setting. New and experienced providers will be considered.

Practice Details:

• Schedule: 4-day work week, 8-hour days
• Team includes 2 MDs and 3 APPs
• Traditional outpatient clinic duties with ED call
• Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation
• Emergency Room: Level 4 Trauma Center
• Hospital is a 25-bed critical-access hospital
• Average Hospital census is 5-7 per day
