What You'll Do

As a Specialized Accounts Partnership Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of high-impact, non-traditional education accountscharter networks, virtual schools, private and homeschool networks, and moreand play a pivotal role in our continued growth. You'll operate with autonomy, build trusted partnerships with education & business leaders, and bring intentional strategy to a market full of opportunity. You'll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your ideas matter, your contributions are recognized, and your impact is felt.

• Drive retention and revenue growth across your portfolio of non-traditional accounts, developing strategic account plans and executing to exceed targets.
• Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersbecoming a go-to partner in their success.
• Deliver tailored presentations and demos that align to customer priorities and drive complex buying decisions.
• Own the full sales cycle, making strategic account decisions in alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance customer experiences.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform territory strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Champion continuous improvement, contributing to the evolution of our sales processes and team best practices.
• Embrace new challenges and contribute to additional initiatives as needed to drive team and company success.

Who You Are

• You bring 46 years of experience in sales or customer-facing rolesbonus if it's in EdTech or Education.
• You know the non-traditional education landscapecharter networks, virtual schools, private/homeschool networks, specialized academies and/or for-profit operatorsand you're comfortable selling to executive sponsors and working in a matrixed relationship environment.
• You have a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving ambitious goals.
• You're a strategic thinker who connects customer needs to student outcomes, educator impact, and ROI.
• You're an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder.
• You thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
• You're highly proficient with Salesforce and data-driven sales tools.
• You lead with curiosity, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
• You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Salary - Base Range 90-110K (Variable is 70K, OTE is ~ 170K, uncapped)

Pay range for this role:

$90,000 - $110,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
