This role is entirely remote, offering flexibility for our team members. As a telehealth position, you will utilize technology to conduct sessions, enabling you to reach clients in their most comfortable environments. The remote setting does not compromise our commitment to creating a collaborative atmosphere; you will be interacting with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists and other medical specialists to provide integrated care for your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize evidenced-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in overcoming mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to enhance their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to client care.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually refine and update therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. You will engage with diverse populations, necessitating an adaptable and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. Your role will significantly contribute to their recovery and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
