Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups while fostering a safe and welcoming environment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive client care strategies.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
