What You'll Be Doing

Accounting & Financial Support

• Enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Assist with accounts payable processes and invoice tracking
• Manage employee timekeeping records and payroll-related data entry
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records
• Support reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting projects
• Assist the accounting team with month-end and ongoing financial activities

Administrative & Office Support

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers
• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
• Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
• Maintain records, files, and data within company systems
• Help coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
• Pitch in wherever needed to help the team stay productive and organized

What We're Looking For

• Accounting, bookkeeping, administrative, or office support experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Confidence working with numbers, data, and multiple systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a busy environment
