Job Description Job Description Volatour is a leading Receptive Tour Operator in New York City seeking a bilingual Italian Speaking Sales Associate for our high-traffic concierge desk. This full-time position is based in a premier New York City hotel and focuses on providing exceptional service and travel solutions to international visitors.
Responsibilities
Engage with international travelers and hotel guests to promote and sell New York City tours and activities.

Meet and exceed daily sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge.

Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, transportation, and sightseeing opportunities.

Manage booking software and process payments accurately for various travel services.

Coordinate with the main office to ensure seamless service delivery for all clients.

Maintain a professional appearance representing both Volatour and the partner hotel.

Resolve customer inquiries and provide high-level concierge support in both English and Italian.

Qualifications
Fluency in both Italian and English is required for this role.

Strong sales background with a proven track record of meeting performance goals.

Professional presentation and a poised demeanor suitable for a luxury hotel environment.

Availability to work a flexible schedule including mandatory weekend shifts.

Proficiency in Spanish is considered a significant advantage.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a passion for the tourism industry.

Ability to work independently at a dedicated sales desk while maintaining high energy.
