What This Role Is About Lead by example in customer interactions and ethical selling practices Coach and develop Sales Consultants and Technicians Support daily sales performance while maintaining a customer‑first culture Monitor performance metrics and help the team improve through structured coaching Support inventory, operations, and overall store execution Step into store leadership responsibilities when needed This role balances accountability with mentorship, sales results with customer trust, and growth with stability.
