Maternal Fetal Physician

Rate: Clinical Hours: $340/hr on 1099 & $2800 for 24 hour on call
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

End Date: Ongoing

Patient Population: Adult Obstetric Patients (18+ Childbearing Age)

Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Responsibilities:

• Maternal Fetal Medicine consultations
• High-risk pregnancy management
• Ultrasound performance and interpretation
• Prenatal diagnosis and treatment planning
• Collaboration with OB/GYN providers and care teams

Required Procedures/Skills:

• Ultrasound Interpretation and Level II Targeted Ultrasounds
• Fetal Echocardiography
• Amniocentesis (Genetic)
• Management of:
  • Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension
  • HELLP Syndrome
  • Type I, Type II & Gestational Diabetes
  • Cardiac Disorders
  • Pulmonary Disorders
  • Renal Disorders
  • Neurological Disorders
  • Autoimmune Disorders
  • Hematologic/Oncologic Disorders
  • Placenta Previa/Abruption
  • Multiple Gestations
• Vaginal Deliveries

Preferred Skills:

• Strong Ultrasound Diagnostic Experience

EMR System: Epic

Support Staff:

• 2 Registered Nurses (RN)
• 2 Medical Assistants (MA)
• 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APP)

Patient Volume: Approximately 25 Patients Per Day

Beds in Department: 10

Days Per Month: Flexible Coverage 1 Week Per Month up to Full-Time

On-Call/Weekends: Not Required but Preferred

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Active Pennsylvania License or IMLC LOQ Required
• DEA Required
• BLS Certification Required
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience
