Technical Recruiter

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help scale a high-growth startup by hiring exceptional engineering talent. You'll work closely with founders, engineering leaders, and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, close top candidates, and establish recruiting processes that support rapid growth. What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Product, Data, and other technical roles. Source, engage, and close high-caliber candidates in competitive markets. Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, interview processes, and candidate profiles. Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, workflow automation, and recruiting efficiency. Build talent pipelines, employer branding initiatives, and scalable recruiting processes. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance. What We're Looking For 1-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth Seed to Series E technology startup. Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive hiring markets. Experience recruiting technical talent, including software engineers and other product-focused roles. Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments. High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated use of AI tools in recruiting workflows. Bachelor's degree required. Nice to Have Experience recruiting at category-defining or hyper-growth startups. Experience partnering directly with founders and executive leadership. Track record hiring senior engineering talent. Strong academic background from a highly ranked university. Why Join?
