Technical Recruiter

Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack (CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management) with one unified system. We’re consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single, purpose-built platform and redefining what’s possible when all the data lives under one roof in the age of AI - this is a category-defining shift, not an incremental improvement. We launched publicly in Feb 2026 and are 50 people and growing. We have strong early product-market fit, creating millions in ARR in only a few months post‑launch. Opportunities exist in both scaling core systems and workflows, and building new cutting‑edge features from 0 to 1. We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to partner with our founding technical recruiter and help scale our engineering and technical teams. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles while contributing to process building and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on the quality of our technical hiring. What you'll do: Drive full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles (software engineers, data, infrastructure, product, etc.). Partner closely with the founding technical recruiter on sourcing strategy, process, and execution. Source and engage passive technical talent through multiple channels. Manage interview coordination and deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. Help build and document recruiting processes, playbooks, and workflows. Track key metrics and provide insights to continuously improve our technical hiring. What we're looking for: 2–6 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in startups or high-growth tech companies. Strong full-cycle recruiting skills with hands‑on experience hiring engineers. Excellent sourcing abilities and comfort engaging passive technical talent. High attention to detail and a strong focus on candidate experience. Comfortable partnering directly with technical hiring managers. Eager to help build and improve processes rather than just execute existing ones. High agency and builder mindset.
