Technical Recruiter

Certus Recruitment is looking for a Technical Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles at one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies. You'll be one of the first recruiting hires, working directly alongside the Head of Talent to build the team powering frontier AI data infrastructure. The ideal candidate comes from a recruiting agency or a high-growth startup – someone that thrives in ambiguity, iterates fast, and knows how to talk to engineers. This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role where you'll ramp quickly and operate with full autonomy. What you will be doing Owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles end-to-end – sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing Building high-quality outbound sourcing pipelines for top engineering talent across AI, infrastructure, and full-stack roles Partnering directly with founders and hiring managers on role requirements, interview loops, and hiring strategy Creating and iterating on recruiting sequences, workflows, and candidate experience from scratch Tracking and improving recruiting funnel metrics including response rates, pass-through rates, and time to hire #J-18808-Ljbffr
