What You Will Do Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source and engage top technical talent using various platforms, including Slack, to build a robust candidate pipeline. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation. Collaborate with the People & Talent team to refine recruitment processes and improve efficiency. Utilize data-driven metrics to track recruitment performance and make informed decisions. Foster relationships with candidates and maintain ongoing communication throughout the hiring process. Ideal Candidate Background 25 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the AI or Devtools sectors. Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles through innovative sourcing techniques. Strong understanding of technology and the ability to engage with technical candidates effectively. Experience using Slack as a communication tool in the recruiting process. Preferred Familiarity with AI technologies and enterprise data solutions. Experience in a startup environment, adapting quickly to changing needs and priorities. Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement. The base salary for this role ranges from $120K to $180K, complemented by competitive equity options.
