Reynolds and Reynolds, via Proton Dealership IT, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to be the first point of contact for customers and guide them through troubleshooting to achieve rapid resolution. This full-time, remote role involves assisting over the phone, documenting issues, and building strong client relationships. Shifts run Monday–Friday EST, with multiple time options. You will work on hardware, network devices, and printer/scanner/wireless troubleshooting while following #J-18808-Ljbffr Reynolds & Reynolds Inc
