The Legal Assistant supports attorneys by managing litigation-related tasks and facilitating the smooth progression of cases. This role involves organizing legal documents, conducting research, and assisting with the preparation of case materials to ensure timely and accurate handling of all litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize litigation documents and case files
- Assist attorneys with research and drafting legal correspondence
- Maintain and update case calendars and deadlines
- Coordinate communication between clients, courts, and other parties
- Support the collection and management of evidence and exhibits
