Luxury Beauty & Fragrance Advisor

Our client, a luxury brand , is seeking a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor to join their location in Santa Clara, CA . This client-focused role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, building lasting customer relationships, and driving sales through personalized product recommendations and expertise within the beauty and fragrance categories. Job Duties Include Educate customers on beauty, skincare, and fragrance products through consultations and demonstrations Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing outreach and service Achieve sales goals through product knowledge, clienteling, and customer engagement Support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation standards Participate in ongoing product and brand training Collaborate with team members to support boutique performance and customer satisfaction Additional duties as needed and assigned Job Qualifications Include 1+ years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, luxury retail, or a customer-facing sales environment Passion for beauty, skincare, fragrance, and client service Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales results Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Makeup artistry experience is a plus Foreign language skills are a plus Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Pay: $25 - $28/hr The description above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.
