Whether you are a culinary professional or interested in taking on a new challenge, we provide the training and tools to ensure that each one of our team members is successful in their role.

Position Duties:

• Operation of brick oven and equipment
• Proper sanitation and preventative maintenance of brick oven and equipment
• Follow HACCP guidelines and complete safety temperature sheets
• Proper handling, preparation, pulling, and rotation of pizza dough
• Maintain presentable appearance and professional demeanor by Marzoni's standard open kitchen
• Performing other duties as assigned or directed
