This full-time position entails a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between remote and in-person sessions. You will work in a climate-controlled office setting at our Detox Center, where daily movement is encouraged, fostering a dynamic and interactive atmosphere with fellow healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients’ mental health statuses utilizing tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect patients' unique cultural backgrounds, diverse needs, and desired outcomes. Collaborate closely with patients and their families throughout this process.

• Continually monitor and evaluate patient progress, employing targeted interventions and strategies to support their mental health journey.
\n
• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental procedures, utilizing current technology.

• Coordinate referrals and establish effective working relationships with other clinicians and agencies, serving as a bridge between patients and external treatment resources.

• Contribute to the professional development of students, interns, and other clinical staff through education and mentorship, while engaging in peer review and collaboration when necessary.

Your primary focus will be individuals and families grappling with the emotional and psychological challenges stemming from cancer diagnoses. You will provide outpatient therapy that addresses their unique circumstances and fosters resilience during a highly vulnerable time. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
