Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Establishing a trusting rapport with a caseload of youth clients through regular sessions.

• Conducting intake assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status and presenting issues.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Maintaining up-to-date and precise documentation and progress notes reflecting each client's journey and outcomes.

• Reviewing client progress regularly, facilitating appropriate discussions around stability, upcoming appointments, and potential discharge.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
