Senior Director, Reagent Operations

Senior Director role overseeing reagent manufacturing operations at a Beckman Coulter Diagnostics facility in Minnesota. Responsible for strategic leadership across safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance while building and developing high-performing teams in a regulated GMP environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for site operations ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity and financial targets
- Build and develop high-performing teams fostering accountability, inclusion and continuous learning
- Drive operational excellence through lean principles and data-driven decision-making
- Lead annual budgeting and manage labor, expenses, manufacturing variances and resource allocation
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to execute business priorities and advance operational capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline such as engineering
- 15+ years relevant experience in manufacturing operations
- 10+ years managing people in GMP environment with compliance culture expertise
- 10+ years immunoassay manufacturing experience
- 10+ years driving lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent operational excellence experience
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and sustain measurable improvements
