Job Details Position: Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner Employment Type: Locum Tenens Setting: On-site Behavioral Health Clinic Start Date: 7/1/2026 End Date: 9/15/2026 Duration: 11 Weeks Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,270 - $3,880 Patient Encounters Per Shift: 10 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days Interview Required: No Requirements Active Nurse Practitioner license with advanced practice credentials in Massachusetts Minimum of 1 year of nurse practitioner experience preferred Psychiatry, behavioral health, or mental health experience strongly preferred Board certified or board certification eligible Fellowship training in psychiatry or mental health preferred Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care Responsibilities Evaluate and manage psychiatric patients in an on-site clinical setting Complete approximately 10 patient encounters per shift Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health and behavioral health care Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of treatment and patient outcomes Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up recommendations accurately Deliver patient-centered care with professionalism, clinical confidence, and empathy Benefits GHR Healthcare offers 401K with Matching, Healthcare, Dental and Vision to Employees.
