Sales Summer Internship Salary Range: $19–21 per hour Position Summary The Bimbo Bakeries USA Summer Internship Program offers students a real‑world experience focused on fast‑paced projects that develop strategic project management, analytical problem‑solving, and managerial leadership skills. Mentors will guide student collaborations and project work across functional areas, and students will have opportunities to connect with leaders across the organization for learning and development. Key Job Responsibilities Collaborate consistently with cross‑functional teams such as sales, finance, marketing, and planning. Gain experience with business applications and tools while identifying trends and opportunities for execution. Provide support and coordinate ongoing projects within customer teams. Support account team in achieving 100% market saturation. Track customer attainment and retention. Report on results. Analyze Circana and Margin Minder data to identify opportunities to grow the business. Assist in resolving customer issues. Represent BBU as a leader in the baking business. Maintain confidentiality of personal or company information. Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Education and Work History Candidate should be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Previous co‑op or internship experience is a plus. Must be willing to work at least 30 hours per week and has a flexible schedule.
