Remote Program Consultant, Health Care Quality Improvement

American Heart Association

The American Heart Association is seeking a Program Consultant to drive health care quality improvement across ME, NH, VT, and NY. The role is home-based within these states, with up to 20% travel.

You will implement Get With The Guidelines programs, educate hospital teams, and support performance improvement through data-informed strategies. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in clinical quality or process improvement, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel,
