Key Responsibilities\n

• Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly progress notes, maintaining thorough documentation to track patient development.

• Lead training sessions for staff to ensure proficiency in implementing treatment plans and maintaining accurate documentation standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Candidates must hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of New Jersey.
