Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and mental health screenings, employing validated tools to determine the specific needs of clients and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based short-term counseling and crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate engaging and informative therapy groups and workshops that focus on themes such as stress management, resilience building, and conflict resolution.

• Collaborate closely with community partners, including schools, social service agencies, and healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s mental health journey.

Qualifications\n
