Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments through interviews, observations, and psychometric testing to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver engaging and effective individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to clients who may find it challenging to attend in-person appointments, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Impireum, you will work with a diverse population, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent credential. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; however, candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience providing individual therapy. Knowledge of electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous, enhancing your ability to deliver quality care efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
