Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state-issued mental health counseling license permitting independent practice (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a similar credential).

• Absence of any disciplinary actions or provisional licenses.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable building rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology including computers, webcams, and reliable internet for virtual counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
