Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, using a variety of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Participate in regular case conferences with fellow clinicians, psychiatrists, and case managers to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when clients experience acute mental health distress, helping to stabilize situations and facilitate appropriate next steps.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma through workshops and educational programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. You will be instrumental in creating individualized treatment plans that address the specific challenges faced by each client, fostering a sense of hope and empowerment in their journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage a full caseload effectively.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling you to work effectively with clients from diverse communities.
