Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate meaningful progress for individuals and groups.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on issues such as stress management, relationship conflicts, trauma recovery, and personal growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to enhance comprehensive care and ensure a team-based approach to client treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that aligns with legal requirements and ethical standards, preserving both client confidentiality and treatment integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Kansas is mandatory for this position.

• At least 2 years of clinical counseling experience is essential, ideally in settings that involve telehealth services.

• Proficiency in therapeutic practices, particularly in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in counseling, along with solid interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

• Experience in telehealth counseling is preferred, as well as demonstrated success in working with varied client demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
