You will participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and receive ongoing supervision, ensuring you have the necessary resources to thrive.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' unique mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, including individual and group therapy sessions. Apply various therapeutic modalities to address an array of issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care, enhancing the effectiveness of treatment plans.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, utilizing your expertise in high-stress situations to support clients during acute mental health crises.

• Engage in community outreach activities to raise mental health awareness, promoting education and reducing stigma associated with mental health conditions.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. You will have the chance to interact with clients facing a multitude of mental health challenges, providing you with a rich tapestry of experience that will enhance your clinical proficiency and cultural competence.

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build therapeutic relationships and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up with clients.

• Experience working in community mental health settings, particularly with varied populations.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care approaches.

• Experience in crisis intervention and support is preferred, particularly in high-risk scenarios.
