Intake Associate

Job Title Intake Associate Department Supply Chain Reports To Distribution Supervisor FSLA Status Hourly, Non-Exempt Location Phoenix, AZ Key Responsibilities Ensure maximum compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practices, OSHA, USDA, and other mandatory regulatory oversight. Ensure that intake staff understand the shared accountabilities for goals and priorities. Work with all vendors to ensure all products are compliant based on AZDHS standards. Collaborate with Lead to verify all products have compliant testing. Upload all 3rd party and internal product transfers into the Dutchie inventory system. Unload orders daily from 3rd party vendors, verifying the order during delivery. Work to ensure all product is labeled with compliant Dutchie labels per AZDHS. Assist with any other duties assigned by the leadership team. Qualifications Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or intake role(s). Strong leadership skills, both with subordinates and peers, emphasizing relationship development and company culture improvement initiatives. Excellent written and oral communication abilities, including the ability to present complex concepts to a range of audiences. Ability to communicate clearly and engage in dialogue with all levels of employees in an inclusive manner. Ability to influence others in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, and matrixed environment that emphasizes network and site needs as a priority. Experience with industry‑standard software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Familiarity with specialized software applications (SAP, Dutchie) preferred but not required. Additional Minimum Requirements Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV). Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
