Our organization is looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist to become part of our well-established ENT team. We are in search of a dynamic and proactive individual who embodies a spirit of collaboration and teamwork.
We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and recent graduates. New graduates will find a nurturing environment with mentorship opportunities provided by seasoned practitioners.
Position Overview:- Become a member of a dedicated team consisting of 2 ENTs, 1 Advanced Practice Provider, 1 Audiologist, and 1 Audiology Technician.
- Access to on-site Audiology services and testing, supported by a skilled staff.
- Participate in surgical procedures as a first assistant.
- Mentorship opportunities available.
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Flexible scheduling: 2.5 days dedicated to outpatient care and 2 days in the operating room.
- Innovative Technology: Enhance patient care without extending your work hours. Our team utilizes Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to streamline documentation, lessen administrative tasks, improve patient flow, and ensure precise coding—leading to a better work-life balance and increased revenue.
- Light on-call duties: 5 days per month.
- Expected patient volume: approximately 20 patients per day.
- Modern operating room equipped with advanced tools, including 4K endoscopes, stealth navigation, and NIM vital.
