Our organization is on the lookout for a new member to join our team of around 40 healthcare providers. We consist of board-certified/board-eligible internal medicine and family medicine physicians along with advanced practice providers (APPs) who bring a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to teamwork. Together, we focus on delivering exceptional care to patients and collaborating with providers across the Texas Panhandle and the Tri-State area.

Position Overview

• Our facility is a 450-bed acute care hospital offering a wide range of services.
• We have received a 4-star rating from CMS for patient experience.
• We are the preferred health system in our region.
• Support for nocturnal admissions is provided by the Texas Tech Family Medicine Residency program.
• The work schedule consists of 7 consecutive days on followed by 7 days off.
• There are additional incentives for nocturnist roles, along with opportunities for quality and productivity bonuses.
• Innovative Technology: Enhance your patient interactions without extending your hours. Our providers utilize Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to streamline documentation, lessen administrative tasks, improve patient flow, and ensure precise coding, all contributing to a better work-life balance and increased revenue.
