Human Resources Manager – Onsite, Sedalia, MO Join our Human Resources team as an onsite Human Resources Manager to partner with the Sedalia Manufacturing Leadership Team in developing and executing HR priorities that enable accelerated growth and foster a fulfilling employee experience. Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategic initiatives and tactical processes, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals and serve as a trusted advisor in talent management, organizational design, and development needs. Plan and execute corporate initiatives, programs, and projects, collaborating with all functional organizations to deliver consistent results. Act as a change agent, implementing processes and approaches that prepare employees for ongoing change and improve organizational efficiency. Lead HR data improvement initiatives to standardize and automate processes using HR metrics and analytics. Provide organizational design strategy to promote efficiency and collaboration. Manage two direct reports and maintain effective cross‑functional communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources; an advanced degree and SHRM certification is a plus. 8+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on business partnering, coaching, organizational development, employee relations, and operational HR excellence. Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution center is required. Demonstrated flexibility, agility, and resilience to thrive on change and competing priorities.
