Responsibilities Support month‑end close, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis with accuracy and accountability. Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and help build scalable processes as the company grows. Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to solve problems and support business decisions. Assist with consolidations, intercompany activity, and complex manufacturing cost structures. Step in where needed, help teammates, and take initiative without being asked. Provide meaningful analysis that helps leaders understand trends, risks, and opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred (costing, inventory, production). Experience in multi‑site or multi‑national environments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month‑end close. Ability to analyze data, communicate clearly, and support decision‑making. Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
