Enrollment, Sales & Operations Manager

Angeles Academy of Music is one of Los Angeles' largest and fastest-growing educational organizations, serving more than 1,500 students across multiple campuses. We are seeking a highly organized, business-minded Enrollment, Sales & Operations Manager to lead enrollment growth, client retention, customer experience, and daily operations. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys managing people, driving results, improving systems, and helping an organization grow. We are particularly interested in candidates from hospitality, fitness, healthcare, admissions, retail management, membership sales, or other service-based businesses. Responsibilities Lead student enrollment and retention initiatives Convert inquiries into enrollments through phone, email, text, and in-person communication Manage withdrawal prevention and student retention efforts Help achieve monthly enrollment, retention, and operational goals Oversee daily front-office and administrative operations Manage schedules, staffing, customer communication, and service standards Coach team members on customer experience and enrollment best practices Monitor performance metrics and help drive continuous improvement Build strong relationships with students, families, instructors, and staff Qualifications 3+ years of management, operations, admissions, enrollment, sales, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or related leadership experience Demonstrated success working toward measurable goals, KPIs, sales targets, retention metrics, or business objectives Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear accountability Experience managing staff, schedules, and operational processes Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Ideal Backgrounds Hospitality Management Fitness Industry Leadership Membership Sales Medical or Dental Practice Management Admissions or Enrollment Management Luxury Retail Management Client Experience Leadership Compensation & Benefits $70,000 Base Salary Performance Bonus Opportunity Paid Time Off Career Advancement Opportunities Leadership Development Growing Multi-Location Organization Prior music experience is welcome but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Angeles Academy of Music
