Field Service Technician

Provide technical support for desktops, devices, and network systems while ensuring security protocols and access controls are maintained in a sensitive environment. Support executive meetings, handle hardware, and assist with security‑related activities. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices. Support AV setups for meetings and events, including secure environments. Manage asset inventory, system upgrades, and IMACD tasks. Enforce physical and digital security measures, access controls, and incident reporting. Coordinate with vendors and support infrastructure in secure locations. Support after‑hours incidents and security protocols as needed. Requirements 3+ years IT support experience in security‑sensitive environments. Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and security basics. Strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Certifications such as Security+, A+, or equivalent preferred. Able to support within a 5–10-mile radius and pass security clearance. A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to HCL policies.
