Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

Processing, verifying, and posting receipts
Preparing and sending invoices/statements to customers.
Contacting customers as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
Reconciling any irregularities or discrepancies in receipts or accounts
Maintaining accurate records of payments and account status
Proven working experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Check run every week
Prelims and waivers
Month end reports
RMA's
Add new customers & vendors into system
Payroll
Payments to SBOE
Cross train with other departments
