Promote and enforce safe work practices, PPE use, and job site safety standards. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, inspections, and site logistics to keep projects moving. Monitor quality, productivity, and progress to ensure work meets company and customer expectations. Communicate regularly with the General Superintendent, Project Managers, and other stakeholders on schedule, manpower, and job status. Guide, mentor, and support Electricians and Apprentices in the field. Review project information, maintain job documentation, and support accurate reporting in company systems. Track labor usage and material needs to help support budget performance and reduce rework. Coordinate with other trades, inspectors, general contractors, and vendors to prevent delays and resolve issues. Support project closeout activities, including walkthroughs, punch work, and customer handoff. What We’re Looking For Strong experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction. Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate field work, and keep projects on schedule. Working knowledge of electrical codes, construction safety standards, and job site best practices. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to quality workmanship, accountability, and team development. Experience mentoring Apprentices and supporting the growth of field team members is preferred. Valid driver’s license.
