Operations Manager with e-commerce experience

Portland, OR (Onsite) – Operations Manager A successful and established e-commerce organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, logistics, and operational performance. This is an opportunity to join a stable, highly tenured team and play a key leadership role in maintaining and improving an already successful operation. Responsibilities Lead daily operations across warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, purchasing, and logistics. Manage operational KPIs, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and vendor performance. Oversee purchasing activities, inventory planning, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations. Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives. Partner with leadership on business planning, projects, and strategic initiatives. Support technology-driven operations within a highly e-commerce-focused environment. Lead, coach, and develop operational team members. Provide occasional after-hours and weekend support when business needs require. Qualifications 7+ years of operations management experience. Required experience supporting e-commerce operations. Background in fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and supply chain management. Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing KPIs and driving continuous improvement. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. ERP/WMS experience preferred, NetSuite experience is a plus. Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement experience is a plus. What They're Looking For A hands‑on leader who leads by example.
