What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the ICU for critically ill patients
• Monitor and respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and equipment as required
• Document patient data accurately in electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Float to Stepdown/PCU units as needed, maintaining high standards of care

What You Need

• Valid Missouri RN license (or permissible licensing)
• BLS, ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of ICU experience, preferably in trauma and neuro patient care
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, every third weekend, and holiday coverage
