What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care for ICU patients, including trauma, neuro, and CTS cases
• Monitor patient vital signs and medication, responding to changing conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient care and progress accurately in electronic health records
• Assist during emergency procedures and critical care situations
• Float to Stepdown/PCU units as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols

What You Need

• Valid Missouri RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSSEMR certifications
• Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience in a hospital setting
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork
• Experience in trauma centers or neuro units preferred

• ICU experience in Level 1 or 2 Trauma Centers
• Experience with CTS and neuro patients
• TNCC certification
