Global Facilities Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
Overseeing all aspects of facilities management for 25+ global offices, the full-time remote Global Facilities Manager will manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate emergency response efforts to enhance operational efficiency and workplace safety. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison with building management across multiple locations, ensuring operational efficiency and safety Develop and implement operational strategies for office expansions, relocations, and renovations while managing vendor relationships Monitor facility conditions, establish preventive maintenance programs, and respond to facility-related emergencies Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations, particularly in India Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
