The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management and Treatment Coordination with a passion for leading a team and providing exceptional patient care. Tuesday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Wednesday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
• Manage and train office staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims.
• Treatment Coordination.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage office inventory.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and billing.

$60,000 - $75,000 Salary based on experience
