Dental Office Manager

We are excited to announce an opening for a Dental Office Manager in our established dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management and Treatment Coordination with a passion for leading a team and providing exceptional patient care. This role requires excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Monday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Wednesday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
- Manage and train office staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims.
- Treatment Coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage office inventory.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and billing.
$60,000 - $75,000 Salary based on experience
