• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments that comprehensively outline the clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and support networks.
• Provide engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and define effective interventions, promoting tangible improvements in client well-being.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for all clients.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments, developing safety plans to safeguard clients in distress.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with legal mandates.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients through understanding and support.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, selected candidates will receive a sign-on bonus as an incentive to join our compassionate team.
