Work Environment

The role offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule while ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care. Our team operates from Monday to Friday, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' needs, history, and treatment goals.
• Implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on practical strategies to improve mental health resilience and coping mechanisms.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote understanding and community connection around mental health issues.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health counselors to provide integrated care and maximize patient outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, facilitating safe and efficient responses.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to remain current in the field.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, including knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional skills in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including individual and group sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in general computer applications.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the mental health field is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of therapeutic scenarios and patient needs. Experience with online therapy platforms is highly advantageous given the remote nature of this role.

Compensation and Benefits
